Around a decade ago, I worked on a high‑visibility project
for PepsiCo Argentina’s HR department, tied to the Great Place to Work initiative.

The assignment involved creating a fully handmade presentation folder and accompanying collateral to showcase the company’s workplace culture and commitment to employees.

The concept emphasised craftsmanship and authenticity, using recycled materials, handcrafted finishes, and tactile design elements, which aligned with the brand’s goal of being a genuine employer of choice.

The result successfully captured the spirit of the campaign, elevated internal communications, and helped reinforce PepsiCo’s employer‑brand message in the region.
